Prompt:complete AU; or half AU: what if remus and severus had a realationship back in their school days in secret, and it lead to something more? you can either make that there is a child when they meet again- and the one who didnt know inquires after the pregnancy maybe with pensive memories and stuff, or how they would cope in the midst of everything with being pregnant

Additional: werwolf- related stuff is always a bonus- maybe werewolves are extra potent and can impregnate males, or can carry children themselves however you like!
