☆ Word limit for this fest is 500 words.
☆ Once you have finished your entry, please have it beta read! Some useful comms for that: hp_betas_wanted and hp_betas.
☆ Please either enter all the HTML coding yourself, or have a beta enter it for you. Putting your fic through Ao3 to get the HTML doesn't mix well with LJ|DW's HTML coding and it can go a little screwy.
☆ All entries will be posted anon on LJ|DW by the mod account. There is no Ao3 collection for this comm simply because it's not generally big enough for one. Please do not post your entries anywhere, tell anyone which one is yours, or respond to the comments until the reveals have gone up.
☆ The mod email is bitomod@gmail.com This is where you send your entry once it's finished. A Word doc would be the easiest way to send it.

CLAIMING POST!

Claiming for the 2026 hp_bunintheoven Pregnancy fest is now open! A few things before we begin:

★ The minimum word count is 500 words. Sorry, but I am not an artist, so whatever the equivalent is for art, then I’m sure anyone in the know can work it out!
★ Each entry must be new, complete, and unique to this fest. Please do not submit anything that is part of an existing universe, or a sequel/prequel to another work.
★ This fest is anonymous, so please do not let anyone else know what prompt you have claimed.
★ Each prompt can be claimed once for fic and once for art. I will update the prompt list as soon as I reasonably can to indicate which prompts have been claimed.
★ Claims are first come, first served.
★ Any of the unclaimed prompts from previous years are open to be claimed as well.
★ Please copy and paste the claiming form below into the comments section with your choices of prompts. You have the option to list three choices. Please list the top three prompts you wish to claim. If your first has already been claimed, you will get your second, etc. You can list only one claim if you wish.
★ If none of the prompts interest you, you may come up with your own prompt. Please remember to still fill in the claiming form, though, so I know you want to participate!
★ All comments are screened. Once I have received your comment, I will send you an email confirming your claim. Please respond to it so I know I have the correct email for you!
★ Once you have finished your creation, email it to bitomod@gmail.com with the header that will go up in about a week.
★ You are more than welcome to claim another prompt as soon as you have finished and submitted your first creation.

I will not be accepting fics edited like that, as it can mess with the display when posted to LJ/DW. Also, any fic that has clearly not been beta read will be being returned to its owner with links to the beta comms listed below. PLEASE get your stuff checked!
★ Beta readers are your friend! I’m going to be checking each entry to make sure it reads clearly, so finding someone to beta your story/art is necessary! hp_betas and hp_betas_wanted are both very useful!
