Prompt: The Ministry of Magic has deemed that a repopulation effort must take place in the wake of the war.

A mandated blood curse has been evoked to ensure Purebloods will no longer be able to breed within their own circles.

All Witch's and Wizards not already in a comitted relationship will be paired off and required to produce at least three children. Those who refuse to procreate will be sentenced to twelve months in azkaban and then repaired with a new suitor.
